|Recommended: YesAlmost Close To Perfect. — I love everything about my apartment. I have a neighbor where the police gets called a lot but I love my place. If I have an issue, maintenance fixes the problem on time. No problem with parking and office staff is courteous and professional.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful Living With Great Maintenance And Service — Covewest is amazing overall. I’ve lived here for one year and just renewed my lease for another year. My apartment is right in front of the lake, which they keep clean regularly—I’ve never noticed any insects that affected my balcony experience.
During the first few months of my lease, I experienced a small leak in my kitchen sink. I did report it immediately, but once I submitted a maintenance request, they responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. They also came to change one of my lights. The maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any problem.
The leasing office staff is professional and attentive. They seem to know and care about the residents. Insect inspections are conducted every four months, which I really appreciate.
During snowstorms, they spread salt everywhere to ensure safety and even send out warning emails before a storm hits, in case you want to move your car from a hazardous area.
The gym and pool are always clean and well-maintained. Most of the neighbors are friendly and polite. I truly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed apartment community.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, Dog Friendly, Great Office Staff — I really enjoy living here. I rent a bottom floor unit and I work from home. I really appreciate the views of the lake. There are a lot of geese and ducks around, but I don't find an issue with that. The grounds are very well kept and free of trash. The other residents are friendly and lots of people have dogs. This is a quiet community. The location is great, tucked behind Olive Blvd. I really appreciate the office staff. Throughout the application process, the staff were so patient and kind. I have submitted more than a handful of maintenance requests and they have all been resolved in a timely and professional manner. My issues have not been covered with band-aid fixes, which has been the case in previous rentals. There are no hidden costs up front either. I am happy I was referred to this complex. It is a hidden gem. Please note, if you want an updated apartment with newer appliances, countertops, and cabinets, it will be extra. I am in one of the older units, and I am more than satisfied with it's condition.

|Recommended: YesThanks To Property Staff - Orlandria — I would like to give a special shot out to Orlandria or O. She is very professional and friendly. If I have any concern or problem with my Apt, she jumps right on it. I can walk into the office and she will have her pen ready. lol
She has made me feel very welcome. I was at the pool one day and she came out to say Hi and asked how I was doing and if everything is going ok. Thank you for all that you do

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — Walk in closets are a sweet feature along with a full size kitchen Dining and living room flow well and the wood fire place is great. Rooms are a good size can fit a queen bed with two bed size tables. Along with a perfect use of space for washer and dryer.

|Recommended: YesNice Place — Happy so far. Just moved in. Staff is friendly and maintenance was quick. On the bottom floor and very quiet. Happy with the quality of the apartment. Only thing I wish was better is parking. I work late and by the time I get home every single space is taken and I have to park in the spots for the next building over. Overall very happy.
