|Recommended: YesGood Apartment - But Could Get Even Better — I am very happy with the Apartment and how it is maintained and how the stuff handles things. The only things which I would point out are 1. As the world is moving to electric cars, a electric car charging station in the premises will be great for people who wants to get a electric car, 2.the trail next to the lake is most of the time filled with duck poop, else all good., and finally, marking the trash bins that are specifically for recycling and also a better effort from the apartment administration to promote recycling. Thanks.
response from property -Thank you Ankit for leaving us a review. I appreciate your thoughts and recommendations. We are actively working on the walking trail situation. Currently the community does not offer recycling, so that is why you do not see specifically marked trash bins. We had to remove this amenity due to being fined by the trash company due to incorrect materials being placed in the recycle bins. We do hope to have this amenity back, but unsure of when this will be.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — The apartments are extremely nice and renovated, very clean when we moved in and the whole complex is really well kept up. The views of the ponds are great and we love living here.

|Recommended: YesFound Our House On The Lake — We decided to sell our house and move into an apartment. Our kids are growing up and moving on with their lives. We wanted something with less maintenance, good neighbors so we could travel on the weekends to see our kids. We love Cove West. The office made it so easy to move in. We were able to get everything we wanted in our apartment, third floor with a lake view. Everyone, including the tenants have been so welcoming. We are really enjoying our new life at Cove West.

|Recommended: YesI Think This Apartment Complex Is The Best One In The Area. — I always look forward to coming home after work every day. I know the grounds will always look nice and the community is so friendly. If we ever need any help or work done on our unit, the staff is quick and efficient in helping us any way they can. Overall, I can't think any other complex could beat Cove West.

|Recommended: YesNever Cease To Amaze And Do The Right Thing — I have been a resident renter for 3.5 years and the office and maintenance staff are soo knowledgable, courteous, honest, and friendly. They alone are more than enough to never want to leave. This community is a little paradise during this pandemic. I hope they know a lot of us here are glad we have the support and help to keep this area thriving -

|Recommended: NoOk Community — Rent is little high, The fountain sound is horrible, can not sit outside for 10 min with the water fountain sound.
Thank you for your review. Our lake/fountains are one of our most popular community amenities, I am sorry that the sound bothers you. You can inquire about transferring to a non-lake side apartment home at the end of your lease agreement.

|Recommended: YesA Great Community — There are so many great things to love about Cove West Apartments. It offers a “getaway” feeling from the city life while also being located next to the highway to get where you need to go quickly. We loved the nature feel we got with the ponds, running fountains, trees, and friendly deer. It offers a shaded trail within the apartment complex which was great for taking our pup on walks. Cove West is pet friendly so if you have a dog or like dogs you will see plenty around. Our pup, Barkley, will miss all of his friends he made while going on our walks and playing in the dog park. Most people we ran into probably know my husband and I as “Barkley’s Parents” and that is of course fine by us as I too learned more dog names than I did human names during our stay here. Nonetheless, the dogs always gave us humans a great reason to stop and say hello and we are appreciative of all of our neighbors who made us feel welcomed.
The staff and maintenance crew here is amazing They are always super responsive with anything you have and are quick to give a smile and a wave in passing. While our stay was short, we enjoyed every minute of it Thank you Cove West
